erinmartizzle Hey @briabye so sorry for the delay! I purchased for a maternity shoot (but needs to size up which is why I'm selling this one),I'm going to wear wear white/nude underwear - like the model. If you wanted to wear out of the house you could wear with a white or nude slip/long tank. Of course you can also wear as lingerie with nothing under. You could def wear not pregnant as its beautiful and doesn't look like a maternity dress. Hope that helps! Thanks for checking out my closet.
