3” tall blown glass apple

Approximately 3” tall from base to top Of stem. Clear glass. Weighs o ver 1 pound. Has a cut flat bottom. So. it sits solidly. Has a tiny etched design with words: lGenesis Health Care”. It’s hard to see from most angles. I’ve included a picture. But unless you look at the spot in bright light you likely don’t notice it.
