Kaeli Smith Designs Strapless Floral Dress. Perfect for summer! Used, but in great condition. Zipper and decorative tie in the back. Blue, green, yellow, and white floral pattern. Blue belt trim under chest area. Size XS. 97% cotton, 3% spandex. About 27.5" length, about 13" width at smallest. At the bottom, you can see some of the thread from where it was made (I included a picture) but in person you really can't tell because it's extremely small.
