This is truly a unique dress: there’s a top portion that fits over the shoulders like a cropped poncho or over exaggerated collar. There’s white stitching to embroider the borders, which has a smocking kind of vibe. The material is cotton and feels very high quality. There’s a zipper on the under dress that runs up the side. Both pieces are attached at the shoulders. It’s mini skirt sized on me and I’m 5’4. It would look so cute with the heels I’ve got listed in my closet!
