hp801 @komicheau sorry for the delay, I’ve been traveling for work and will get this measured tomorrow. But that snag is at the bottom of the dress where the bubble hem is. I will send more pics tomorrow! Thanks for your patience!

hp801 @komicheau Armpit to armpit laying flat is 18inches across. Waist is about 19.5 inches across
