Cording adds a little weight but is not stiff, while the angled panels allow the skirt to stretch with the body. 6 1/2” hidden zipper with hook and eye closure. 100% polyester with 100% cotton fringe. Dry clean only. Made in China 🇨🇳. Measurements when laid flat: - 13 1/2” waist - 17” hips - 18” fringe - 16 1/2” length Definitely one of the most fun skirts I’ve ever worn - tough for me to part with! Dry cleaned (I removed cleaner’s tags). Designer’s label missing (see pics, was to the right of the zipper) and small scratches on the zipper pull, but otherwise excellent used condition (no holes, rips, spots, stains, etc.).
