One shoulder black silk cocktail dress by 3.1 Phillip Lim with black jewel and off white cotton lace neckline detail. Fully lined. Size 0. I’m small chested and it fits snugly across bust (think you need to be 32-34A or small B). It may have been hemmed slightly I cannot tell- I’m 5’5” and it is a very nice length on me (certainly not too short).
