mckatigbak @anonyanony the waist across (when dress is lying flat) is 15”. Shoulder to hem is 49”. Structure of top of dress features an internal camisole attached to the slip skirt portion. External stripe T is quite slouchy and oversized. I’m a true size 4, 5’4 and feel like it would be more flattering on someone who is a size 6 and slightly taller.
