Beautiful wrap dress! The way this dress lays is so pretty. It has 3/4 length sleeves with a v-neck and a full skirt. Being that this is a wrap dress, it can fit a 0-2. The dress includes a slip. I bought it at work and have only worn it once. I still have the original tag. I love it but it just isn’t quite my style. From 3.1 Phillip Lim website: Wrap dress in cotton blend plissé voile.
