Stunning 3.1 Phillip Lim skirt featuring a wavy hem and raised braided lines with darker satin trims. Flat satin waistband sits higher on the waist, waist circumference approx. 29.5 inches. Skirt length varies from 17 inches to 23 inches because of scalloped hem. Concealed back zip fastening. Unlined. 66% polyester, 21% cotton 6% Acrylic, 6% polyamide, 1% other fibers. Designer size 6 (so will feel more like a regular size 4), dry clean only. Brand new with tags, never worn.
