NWOT highly sought after dress, limited edition Phillip Lim for target. Very unique dress and pattern, each dress has a slightly different look, but same design. Definitely a head turner! Perfect for spring/ summer. Love this but it's a bit baggy for me on top. Material is stretchy so it can fit medium also.

sadster @scalli hi just saw your msg, from top to hem is 35", underarm is 17" laying flat and waist is 14 1/2 " laying flat. Also note that the fabric has stretch to it.
