3.1 Phillip Lim size 0 blue short sleeve top. Two-way zip goes all the way up the back. Very heavy. Amazingly detailed texture and hem. Gently used, in good condition with minor signs of wear (a couple loose threads, some discoloration near the neckline - mostly on the interior - and subtle discoloration near a small portion of sleeve edge; see last photo). Otherwise great condition.
