3.1 Phillip Lim white cotton dress Sz 6/4

I wore this maybe once or twice because it was tight across the chest—fits more like a 4 than a 6 in the chest. It’s in very good used condition. Dress and lining are very airy cotton. Perfect for summer! Top is a flattering ruched design. Skirt is flirty with almost a slightly bell shape. Side zip, and best of all, it has pockets! Measurements: 17 inches armpit to armpit 15 1/2 inches across the waist 20 inches across the hips (lining skirt) 24 inches across the hips (outer skirt) 39 inches shoulder to hem.
