3/$10 - Fit & flare high waist skater skirt

I love this skirt but I only got to wear it a couple times before I outgrew it. The waist has a slight stretch for a flexible fit. Fit best on 25” waist. Decorative seamlines accentuate a slim waist and a flared skirt. Sits at the waist and ends at the upper thigh. Looks great with a harness or a crop top. I loved it with a long lightweight cardigan and tall socks
