These pants are incredible. They are suede, totally luxurious, and are fully lined. Fit like a straight leg. A couple areas of wear, including near the belt loops in the back and near the cuff of the right leg. There are also two small spots, both on the back of the left leg. Pricing reflects these imperfections, although they are not noticable while wearing. They are VERY warm, perfect for winter. Measurements (lying flat): waist 15, hips 17, inseam 31.5, front rise 10, back rise 14.5.
