3/$12 H&M Skater Skirt sz 2

Great heavy material navy blue skirt from H & M the profile pic is of the back of the skirt with the decorative zipper. It has pockets. The size has size 2 but it's really more like a 0... with the zipper all the way up the waistline is a 12 in. we got this for my daughter who is a size 2 but she couldn't get it up over her hips even when unzipped. To be fair, she does have a bit if a behind, so if you are more straight hipped you will probably be okay laying flat waist 11 hips 18 length 18
