Does this fit true to size? I usually wear a medium but can sometimes wear a small if it runs a little larger.

@casterspel I’m typically a small but this is a bit too big for me because the neckline is too low and the elastic part on the waist doesn’t “stick” or wrap around me (not sure how to describe that part better hopefully you understand 😂)
