3/$12 Novelty print panel skirt

I don’t do many modern day clothing items, but this novelty print panel skirt by Liz Claiborne is just the cutest thing. A deep navy blue with white pin dots and then the novelty print of a 1920s jet setting woman couldn’t be any more fun. I purchased it thinking I could take it in and it just would ruin the skirt my seamstress said. Laying flat, the waist is at 15 inches and full length is 24 inches. Hips are free. There is no give as this is a side zipper with a button on the waist. Tag is size 10. Fabric is cotton. No notable flaws It is pictured with a crinoline underneath that is not included
