caitblatt @secretluxbtq Good Morning!! This has a very minimal amount of stretch along the upper bust line where the straps begin and along the bottom seam above the ruffled detail. The back isn’t smocked & it’s a pull over or step into type top. The approximate measurement is 17 1/2” pit to pit, the length from pit to hem is 11”, and the measurement for the hem width (along the seam line & above the ruffled portion at the hem of the top) is 29” around.
