3/$15 GAP stretch high rise flare 16 regular fits like a 14/16

The stretch high rise flare jeans are an amazing staple for her closet with square pocket detail on the front and a great fit! They say 16 regular but they are more like a 14 IMO. Measurements in pics There is a distressing on one leg, which we made ourselves, but IMO looks like it came that way. See pics. I patched the inside so it would stay how we made it.
