Beautiful floral design with elastic off the shoulder neckline. Flared short sleeves. The color is fresh navy, but it’s very dark, and often can look black depending on the light. Material is 75% rayon 25% nylon. Armpit to armpit measurement is approximately 18” and approximately 20” long. Dry clean only.
