This dress features off the shoulder embroidered ruffle sleeves, a halter neck tie, a blue and white stripe base color, and a detachable self-tie sash belt with removable threaded loops at the natural waist. This dress is unlined and cut in a true Shift shape. There is little to no stretch throughout the dress—it’s 100% cotton.
