3/$15 Satinish pleated grey floral blouse

This blouse was purchased in Japan. Pink, Grey and purple in color. It was never worn. The pleats go mid way down. Blouse is slightly wider and flowy at the bottom. Armpit to armpit is a little over 20.5 in. Says it’s an XL, May be more of a juniors XL
