3/$15 Vintage Hand-Cropped Smocked Top

A lovely top cropped from a full-length dress, with a smocked waist. Dress was a Size 14. Item is in good condition, with a decorative button on the front. There may be a few loose threads on the waist but no structural issues. Measurements laying flat: Pit-to-pit 20" Shoulder to hem: 19"
