3/$20 Cute navy day dress

I love this dress- wore it so much but it still has so much life in it! It’s navy spaghetti strapped with tiered dropping. The middle is an elastic band making it very flattering. Love this! I think the brand is Europe a (???) so the size says 38 but I would consider it a small. Let me know if you have any questions!!
