💰3/$20 - Lauren Conrad blouse

Adorable Lauren Conrad polka dot blouse with peplum, waist tie and rhinestone collar (rhinestones are same color as blouse so are subtle). One rhinestone in the back is missing. Almost didn't catch it is so unnoticeable. Seems to run a bit small so might work for an XS. Bundle 3 for $20
