3/20. Unique embroidered elastic waist top

NWOT. This beautiful unique piece has so many features it’s hard to describe. It is of a soft navy blue material that is adorned with Black in embroidered flowers that can be seen in several locations such as the top next to the left sleeve, the right bottom of the piece which the embroidery is shown in the front and the back as well as embroidery on the left back shoulder. It has a soft elastic waist band and the sleeves are trimmed with black self fabric. Pit to pit 34”. Length 25 1/2”.
