This is an elegant midi skirt with a lot of stretch in the waist due to an elastic waistband and pleated skirt! It is printed with brown and cream florals. Size tag lists it as a 10. 13” waist lying flat but up to 20” stretched. Hips 23 stretched. Length is 36”. Looks gorgeous with a crop top and would be stunning with boots!
