Byer Too! Vintage Mini Skirt. Blue and green plaid. Tagged size 7. Fits a modern day 2-4. Waist across measures 14inches. Waist to hem is 17inches. Left side slit. The hem is sewn at the slit but not around the parameter of the skirt, would need to be ironed. Great condition. Open to offers! 3/$25!
