Great dress for work or for every day wear. The top is designed like a shirt, with a collar and a breast pocket. Buttons all the way down the front and has an elasticized waist band. There’s an underlining that stops about 9” from the bottom. There are also side slits around 9” from the bottom. The stripes are either a very dark blue or black. Inused but okay condition. Part of my buy 3 items with Purple Heart special for $25. Just bundle 3 items with purple hearts, offer $25, and I will accept. It’s like getting one item for free.
