This dress is great by itself or with a black jacket for the fall. Tailored to the waist with a side zipper and a below the knee flowing skirt. Completely lined. The dress does not come with the belt but you can see what a burst of color does to change the look of the dress. The material is black with a white floral print. There are some little white thin stripes periodically in the material. Not sure if it was the design or a flaw in the material, but it blends right into the design. See pic. Great for all seasons. Part of my buy three items from anywhere in my closet with purple hearts for $25. Just bundle, offer $25, and I will accept.
