Old Navy circa ~early 2000s black velvet low waist pants size 2 97% cotton / 3% spandex for a bit of stretch to keep the fit on your booty small spot near back pocket. did my best to photograph but its not very noticeable *get this item for 10$ when bundled with others 🪲3/30$ :)
