3/$30 INC International concepts polkadot tank

Three $15 items for $30. Tank with sheer black and pink Polkadotted fabric. Layers of rough edged fabric on the front framing the bust line down to the bottom of the shirt back has double layer of fabric. Very sheer. About 17 inches armpit to armpit about 20 inches down the front from the neckline. Really cute ! Worn once for an interview. I'll share the story if you'll give it a home. Lol 
