It sits below my hip comfortably and I’m 5 feet 4 inch and a medium
I like that it does not have a gap in the underarm area
And it is not too big or too tight. Would look good tucked in or out.

Pit to pit: 18 inches
Length from clavicle to scallop edge of the hem: 24 inches
Hip to hip: 21 inches
