maisondenay @clothescaboodle I'm shocked to hear you're unhappy. How were they defective? How'd they arrive? I take great pride in checking items/packaging w/care. I made sure the earrings were intact, added a dustbag, bubble wrap and a thank you note. I still recommend reaching out to Poshmark customer service via email despite the time frame. I don't want you left disappointed and they have systems in place for this. I'm sorry that you're dissatisfied and I hope they can provide a resolution.
