3/4 Length casual popover blouse

Westport (which is a brand of Dress Barn), 3/4 length 95% Rayon, 5% Spandex casual blouse. Blue Paisley pattern in the front and then on the shoulders in the back with a solid blue material on the back (see pictures). Never worn - Excellent condition.. Would be a great addition to your Spring wardrobe!!
