3/4 Sleeve Black and White Stripe Dress with Belt

This listing is for a White House Black Market Dress Size 0 in a heavy scuba material on top and a heavy cotton for the striped skirt. This dress is slightly faded (the white is not as bright as when new) with tiny marks near the area where the belt rests. There is also a tiny pull in the shoulder which is shown in photos.
