3/4 Sleeve Blue Dress

Only worn once, I'm pretty sure I got this from Ross. It has a denim look, but it's a very light fabric, making it perfect for summer! It hits right at the knee for me and I'm 5'7". It has a drawstring waist and functional buttons! Very versatile. I'm open to offers! :)
