3/4 Sleeve Midi Dress: Red with White Circles

Never worn except for trying on! This dress is still in excellent condition. While it is a size large, this dress runs just a little smaller below the waist. I also have thicker thighs so it may have just been me! The waist band stretches great, but the ruffles on the bottom and the sleeves do not have stretch to them. It also comes with a liner underneath! Length: 36.5 inches Waist: 15 inches with no stretch, 21 inches stretched Chest: 18 inches Width of Sleeve: 7.5 inches
