3/4 Sleeve Navy Blouse with Floral cutout overlay

Lowered prices because I'm moving and will donate these if not bought by the end of May! This simple navy blue blouse has a floral patterned cutout overlay on the front of the shirt (back of shirt is just solid material). Fits M-L, is a bit stretchy. In great condition, only worn occasionally.
