3/4 Sleeve Tunic Tiered Dress

This is a beautiful dress. Made of Rayon/Polyester. There is no stretch. This shows tag of 3XL but this runs small so I am adding photos with measurements. The dress has a tiered overlay that cannot be seen well in photos but in person it makes the dress more interesting. This is new, never worn, without tags.
