3/4 Sleeve V-Neck Blouse

I always loved wearing this shirt! So comfortable and flattering! However, no longer fits me :( The sleeves are a generous 3/4 sleeve, not quite a “bell” sleeve but are loose. Very small, oil type stain on the satin accent around the v-neck (see last photo). I also had it altered at the opening of the v-neck to make it not show as much cleavage at the opening of the bust...but can be opened its a seam ripper. Finished with a belt accent!
