3/4 length dress with bell sleeves

This is a GORGEOUS burgundy dress with a floral pattern. The dress has bell sleeves, a zipper that runs to mid-back and a burgundy ribbon that runs around the waist but doesn't tie. This runs on the smaller size; I'm a larger medium and this fit but was tight.
