3/4 length sleeve cold shoulder dress

Flowy and flattering, although I’ve never worn it since it’s not made for the bigger busted woman. 3/4 sleeves, cold shoulder layered with same color slip and flowy outer dress. Knee length, and I’m 5’4”.
