Black velvety like skirt with flower print fabric bands. Muted greens and purples in the print. Elastic waist. Great condition. Has two hoops on the inside waist. Material 100% rayon This dress is actually pretty big on me. I usually safety pin it to fit me better. Showing a "lost weight" picture just to give the people an idea.
