3/4 sleeve Carters 3t blouse chambray w/polka dots

Carter’s 3/4 sleeved chambray top with white polka dots, 4 buttons, and buttons on sleeves. I bought this on consignment and it did not fit my daughter. The sleeves were tight. This may fit a 2t better. Excellent used condition. Unsure of original price.
