einnocs @jen_j123 sorry it took so long to get back to you. I was really sick. Measurements for the jacket are Shoulders 16" length is 24" sleeve 20". It fits more like a pitite size. I'm 5.3" it comes to just below my waist. It's really cute and dressy

einnocs @jen_j123 it flares out towards the hips because of pleats. I'll give you a measurement with it pulled out. She'll is 57% polyester 38%cotton 5% rayon. Outside is 100% polyester.
