This soft comfortable 3/4 sleeve top measures 30 inches from neck to hem and the chest is 27 inches from armpit to armpit. The sleeve is 20 inches from shoulder to hem. There is a little rhinestone embellishments as well as some open lace trim on the bottom at the hem. Very nice condition
