3/4 sleeve sweater/dress

On me this is a sweater on you maybe a dress? I am 5’7” and the length is just above my fingertips, I would wear this as a long tunic with some leggings! Not a heavy weighted sweater so can be worn all year round. Not a loose fitted sweater more of a form fitting, if ya got it flaunt it, kinda look!
