I began collecting Antique Clothes in 1971- yup, 54 years ago! I can't believe it either! The sheer palest peach nearly nude Chiffon decieves you to think it's a negligee, but snaps + hooks & eyes in the seam say otherwise! Then there's the companion silk slip & what about the coordinating bolero jacket? It's a magnificent find with very minimal occasional blemishes somewhat difficult to photograph that tend to hide in the volume of silk. Garments this age can be delicate - the utmost care will be taken in packaging it.
